Policy
Appointments:Appointments may be scheduled and secured with a credit card or gift certificate. Although same day appointments are sometimes available, we recommend that you schedule appointments a few days to a week in advance.Cancellations:We require a minimum 24 hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling for all appointments to avoid being charged. Clients that cancel/reschedule same day or no-show for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. (some exceptions may apply)Payments:We accept cash, local personal checks and credit cards (VISA, Master Card, AMEX and Discover Card). There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.Gift Certificates:Gift Certificates must be present at the time of service. They are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Certificates are good for services only and may not be used to purchase other gift certificates or products. Gift certificates may not be purchased with any coupons. We reserve the right to void gift certificates upon failure to notify us of a cancellation outside of the cancellation policy.We may mail gift certificates, but we can not guarantee they will reach their destination. If you would like to have a gift certificate mailed, the purchaser is solely responsible for any shipping and handling charges accrued. We recommend using either certified mail or ship with a tracking number. Under-Age Clients:We are happy to provide services to our younger clients. All clients 17 and younger must have parent/guardian permission in order to receive any services. Clients 10 and younger will be required to have a parent/guardian with them at the time of service.Traveling Fee:There is a $10 traveling fee for all out-call service destinations greater than 15 miles away and a .50 charge every mile there after.Stair Fee:A $5 fee will be charged for every flight of stairs a practitioner needs to climb for out-call services as it is a difficult task while carrying their table and other supplies.Gratuities:Gratuities are never required and are always appreciated. Please feel free to tip as you see fit.Services and Prices:All services and prices are subject to change without notice.Termination of Session:We offer professional services only. Inappropriate language and/or actions will result in termination of your session with the scheduled payment due in full. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.Service RefundsThere are no refunds for any services. If you are unsatisfied with a service, we may provide you a future complimentary service.Confirmation of PolicyThe scheduling of any service at Whole Life Massage in Vancouver, WA is confirmation that you agree to the above Policy.Our Policy is subject to change.
